📋 Description

• Promote product activation: You will drive the activation and introduction of myopia management products with target customers to achieve our sales targets and desired sales meetings. • Build partnerships: You will establish and maintain strong partnerships with the commercial teams of our CooperVision (CV) customers to implement joint business plans for growth in the myopia category. • Optimize the customer experience: You will work closely with the BDMs at target customers to deliver a seamless, connected customer experience that is best-in-class. • Relationship management: You will build, nurture and lead strong relationships with colleagues, members of the sales team, sales leadership, the strategic accounts team, sales support and commercial management teams to secure their support in delivering customer objectives. • Clinical expertise: You will develop comprehensive clinical knowledge of myopia management, including MiSight 1-day contact lenses and other CooperVision myopia management products, as well as competitor products. • Customer support: You will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers at all levels when they implement myopia management in their practice to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs. • Data interpretation: You will interpret clinical studies and market data to increase our credibility, counter objections and influence the sales process persuasively. • Share best practices: You will identify and share best practices, opportunities and challenges with colleagues and the myopia management leadership team. • Sales skills: You will demonstrate exceptional sales skills, commercial acumen, and presentation and communication abilities to optimize the customer process and journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the optical industry; knowledge of myopia management is desirable. • At least three years of experience in customer-facing sales roles. Familiarity with the retail landscape and retail experience is an advantage. • Experience and proven ability to develop and implement customer business plans. • Strong people skills, relationship-building ability and excellent interpersonal skills to influence effectively. • Highly self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and organize and plan effectively. You perform well under time pressure. • Ability to identify, evaluate and process information effectively to make informed decisions. • Ability to grasp complex clinical concepts and data and to deliver training and presentations to groups of varying sizes. • Excellent spoken and written German and good English language skills. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Willingness to travel extensively and a valid driver’s license.
