📋 Description
• Begleiten der Migration von einer bestehenden Bestandsführungsplattform auf eine neue Zielplattform • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Anforderungen • Definition der Business-Anforderungen für die neue Zielplattform • Erstellung präziser Anforderungsdokumentationen • Schnittstelle zwischen dem Output-Team und den Projektverantwortlichen • Klare Kommunikation mit dem Entwicklungsteam und anderen Stakeholdern • Überprüfung und Validierung der implementierten Lösungen
🎯 Requirements
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Output Management oder in Projekten zur Neueinführung von Systemen • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem Aufbau oder der Einführung von Bestandsführungssystemen • Erfahrung in der Erarbeitung von klaren und präzisen Anforderungen • Verständnis und Analyse komplexer Probleme sowie Erarbeitung kreativer Lösungen • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Systemen und Softwareentwicklung • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Jira, Confluence und Miro • Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
