📋 Description

• Support the global sourcing team with property reviews and market RFPs according to client specifications for airline lines of business • Support crew and distressed passenger accommodations and transportation sourcing • Complete administrative tasks as assigned • Perform site and market inspections to finalize property selections and aid evaluation • Evaluate and learn to negotiate RFP terms and rates • Monitor markets for price changes and escalate risks and opportunities • Become a hotel market expert in the assigned region • Develop pricing comparatives and analyze final hotel/transport options • Compose market intelligence reports for smaller cities • Identify savings and revenue potential in markets • Communicate with hotels • Vet hotels and transport vendors against client criteria • Prepare, deliver, and present required deliverables • Establish relationships with hotel and transportation vendors • Travel and conduct hotel site and market visits as assigned • Report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and collaborate with teams and departments • Complete additional tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines • Fluent in English; other languages a plus • Solid knowledge and understanding of the Aviation and Hospitality Industries a plus • Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach to establish partnerships/alliances • Excellent time management, prioritization and follow-up skills • Strong negotiation skills preferred • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail • Excellent computer skills, with high-level proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn new platforms/tools • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening may be required
