📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across assigned suppliers and categories • Own the procurement lifecycle from forecast through purchase order, delivery, and inventory outcomes • Align purchasing with forecasts and operational demand • Manage supply risks and drive mitigation actions • Expedite or de-expedite orders to meet operational needs • Maintain supplier master data, including contacts, lead times, certificates, and compliance documents • Manage supplier relationships and drive cost, quality, and delivery performance • Conduct basic negotiations on price, MOQ, lead time, and order multiples • Support supplier onboarding and compliance with company policies • Resolve supply issues such as delays, shortages, and incorrect shipments • Coordinate shipping and clearance with logistics providers • Assist with invoice verification and discrepancy resolution • Support procurement across the full product lifecycle • Manage BOM changes, engineering updates, and transitions • Minimise disruption and excess through structured change management • Work across planning, production, logistics, and engineering • Escalate risks with clear recommendations • Drive procurement process improvements and governance • Apply inventory control principles and maintain ERP integrity and accurate supplier data • Track KPIs including PO cycle time, supplier on-time delivery, inventory turns optimisation, and price compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end procurement within a manufacturing environment • Strong ERP capability, including MRP, PO management, inventory control, and supplier data • Experience supporting forecasting, cost control, and operational planning • Strong problem-solving and risk management capability • Working knowledge of procurement governance frameworks and BOM structures • Ability to understand and manage the full product lifecycle • Commercial awareness and basic negotiation capability • Experience in a vertically integrated design-to-manufacturing environment preferred • Experience managing international suppliers and logistics coordination preferred • CIPS Level ¾, ACIPS / ASCM or alternative desirable
