📋 Description

• Managing purchase requisition worksheets and generating orders based on supplier minimum configurations. • Ensuring orders are sent promptly and within required timelines. • Identifying out-of-stock items from suppliers and proactively researching alternative suppliers to place orders. • Updating the system with accurate pricing, codes, and other relevant details. • Receiving and processing stock deliveries. • Assisting with other procurement-related tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous purchasing experience is essential. • Excellent English communication skills are a must. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav or Business Central is a plus. • Accuracy in data entry is essential for updating inventory with new items and receipting stock. • The successful candidate will possess excellent procurement and sourcing skills and demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities.
