📋 Description

• Source and evaluate vendors for clinical, medical, and operational supplies. • Compare quotes based on pricing, quality, lead times, and service levels. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and purchasing agreements. • Create and manage purchase orders from request through vendor confirmation. • Track open orders and resolve delays, shortages, backorders, substitutions, returns, and invoice issues. • Maintain vendor files, pricing agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation. • Review inventory reports and purchasing needs to help maintain supply availability. • Partner with Warehouse Operations on inventory levels, forecasted demand, reorder points, safety stock, and purchasing schedules. • Support supply needs for provider onboarding, field deployments, new programs, and ongoing clinical operations. • Keep procurement documentation accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience. • Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical supply operations is strongly preferred. • Strong vendor management, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. • Experience with Airtable or a similar cloud-based workflow platform. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
