📋 Description

• Support the global sourcing team with property reviews and market RFPs consistent with each client's specifications for airline lines of business • Support crew and distressed passenger accommodations and transportation sourcing • Perform administrative tasks as assigned • Perform site and market inspections as needed to finalize property selections and aid in the evaluation process • Evaluate and learn to negotiate RFP terms and rates for crew and distressed passenger RFPs • Monitor markets for price changes and escalate risks and opportunities • Become a hotel market expert in an assigned region • Develop pricing comparatives and perform analysis to present final hotel/transport options • Compose market intelligence reports for smaller cities to accompany final reports • Identify savings and revenue potential in markets • Communicate with hotels • Vet hotels and transportation vendors according to client criteria • Prepare, deliver, and present required deliverables • Establish relationships with hotel and transportation vendors • Travel and conduct hotel site and market visits as assigned • Report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and regularly collaborate with teams and departments • Complete additional tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus • Solid knowledge and understanding of both the Aviation and Hospitality Industries a plus • Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach to establish partnerships/alliances • Excellent time management prioritization and follow-up skills • Strong negotiation skills preferred • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail • Excellent computer skills—with high-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Ability to learn new platforms/tools • Employment offers may be subject to successful pre-employment screening, including employment references, identity verification, criminal record checks, financial or sanctions screening, and other background checks relevant to the role and permitted by local law
