• Developing and executing a cohesive global talent strategy aligned with CorpsAfrica’s mission and growth plans • Leading workforce planning processes to anticipate and address current and future talent needs • Governing practices to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance • Facilitating cross-country alignment to standardize processes while respecting country contexts • Partnering with country programs to forecast, build sourcing pipelines, and ensure consistent candidate experience and regulatory compliance. • Develop and execute workforce planning, aligning with program growth, budget, and strategic priorities • Design and implement standardized recruitment processes, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. • Monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion metrics; optimize accordingly • Build and maintain robust analytics to inform decision-making. • Champion an inclusive, respectful workplace culture with clear escalation and resolution pathways.
• Bachelor’s degree in Development or related field • At least three years of work experience in administrative support • Experience in International Nonprofit Organizations – Prior work with African development organizations or mission-driven NGOs, ideally in a cross-cultural or multi-country context • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French or any African dialect(s) is a big plus • Trustworthiness and Confidentiality: Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions and geographies.
