📋 Description

• Responsible for our overall sales strategy and the company's commercial success • Develop tailored processes and utilize current methods and tools • Acquire and grow key accounts • Coach and train the sales managers • Develop and implement sales strategies for all customer and market segments • Establish clear communication structures and responsibilities • Set targets and regularly evaluate sales performance • Work closely with executive management and Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior sales role within SaaS and B2B • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies • Experience in Key Account Management • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire • Negotiation-level German and English
