📋 Description

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job order • Handle recruitment sourcing and candidate submissions for signed, exclusive job orders • Focus on finding suitable candidates while Corvi Technologies manages client relationships and business development • Recruit for IT, Non-IT, Product, and Startup roles across India

🎯 Requirements

• Proven placements across IT, Non-IT, Product, or Startup roles in India • Good knowledge of CTC structures, notice periods, buyouts, and counter-offers • Active access to Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, or similar platforms (Foundit, Hirist, Cutshort, Wellfound) • Strong focus on quality submissions and high joining ratios • Available during IST business hours • Independent recruiter, boutique agency, or split-fee partner with prior experience placing candidates with Indian employers
