📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case • Coordinate and monitor medical treatment, records requests, and billing documentation • Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy, preparation, and progression • Draft and review correspondence, case summaries, and other legal-related documents • Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones to ensure timely movement of all matters • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files within the firm's case management system • Assist with settlement preparation, including gathering supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances when needed • Provide administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth case flow

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only) • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Previous experience as a Case Manager within a personal injury law firm required • Strong understanding of personal injury case flow, treatment coordination, and settlement processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
