📋 Description

• Management of short-, medium-, and long-term cash, including projections and liquidity analysis; • Management of the corporate debt structure: maintenance of controls, databases and preparation of financial simulations; • Monitoring and operational control of financial derivatives (debt and equity hedging); • Support in the consolidation, explanation and projection of financial results; • Preparation of drafts and schedules for the Notes to the Financial Statements (annual and quarterly reports); • Management of the corporate insurance program (D&O, General Liability, Aviation and Surety): administration of policies, renewals, claims, relationships with brokers and budget control of premiums; • Monitoring and control of financial and non-financial covenants; • Support for area governance: maintenance of internal controls, policies and procedures; • Participation in strategic Treasury projects; • Monitoring the area's Opex and support in the preparation of budget and forecast; • Preparation of management reports and treasury performance indicators; • Interface with internal areas, Investor Relations and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, accounting, mathematics or related fields. • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Treasury, with exposure to cash management, financial investments and bank relationship management; • Liquidity management and cash flow forecasting; • Advanced Excel skills; • Accounting knowledge applied to treasury (entries, reconciliation, impact on financial statements); • Familiarity with audits and internal controls; • Prior experience with corporate insurance concepts (D&O, aviation, surety) is desirable.
