📋 Description
• Control testing (defining the population and performing random selection, analyzing evidence, and defining and executing test steps) • Evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness • Mapping of risks and controls • Strong knowledge of the COSO framework and RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment) • Intermediate/advanced Excel
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing or related fields • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance • Certifications in Controls, Risk, or Audit are a plus
