📋 Description

• Lead strategy and management of performance media campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and others); • Work at an advanced level with attribution and measurement platforms (e.g., Appsflyer), ensuring reliable performance tracking; • Analyze data and metrics to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations; • Monitor and optimize performance KPIs with a focus on efficiency, scale, and ROI; • Build and present executive reports and performance dashboards for different levels of stakeholders; • Serve as the focal point for alignment with partner areas (Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, and Business); • Lead strategic discussions with Data and Development teams to prioritize projects and improvements; • Ensure measurement best practices in web and mobile (app) environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; • Strong experience with performance media on web and mobile platforms (including apps); • Advanced knowledge of digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and similar); • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in performance metrics and data-driven decision making; • Advanced-level Excel skills. • **Differentials** • Advanced experience with Appsflyer; • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics; • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Amazon QuickSight, or similar); • Experience working in high-volume data environments and with significant media investments.
