📋 Description

• Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to support the business on compensation-related matters, including offers, promotions, leveling, and pay decisions • Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries and scenarios • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations using multiple salary survey sources • Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness • Support annual compensation processes including merit planning, bonus, and equity grant cycles • Audit and validate compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform leadership decision-making • Build and maintain complex compensation models in Excel to support business decisions • Own and execute salary survey submissions, data validation, and results analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field • 2–5+ years of relevant compensation, HR analytics, or consulting experience • Self-starter mentality — able to work independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity • Proven ability to problem-solve and “figure things out” when answers are not immediately clear • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/THEN logic • Complex, nested formulas and data manipulation • Strong ability to work with and analyze large, complex datasets • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) preferred • Demonstrated experience conducting market benchmarking and job matching • Hands-on experience with salary surveys, preferably including Radford
