📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional analytics projects from vision to implementation, improving retention, engagement, and productivity outcomes • Lead the Global Employee Listening Program, managing annual and pulse surveys and evolving the strategy across the employee lifecycle • Translate complex datasets into executive-ready narratives and visualizations that drive business interventions and strategic actions • Partner with HRIS and EDE teams to migrate disparate data sources into a unified single source of truth in Snowflake/AWS, ensuring data integrity and governance • Design and deploy advanced Tableau dashboards and analytics tools for COE partners and senior leaders • Use SQL, Python, or R to uncover correlations in structured and unstructured data and apply AI and machine learning best practices to workforce challenges • Coach HRBPs and COEs on data literacy and insights interpretation, providing objective, data-driven feedback • Champion evidence-based decision-making, people listening, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness measurement, and cross-functional collaboration • Act as a strategic architect, thought partner, coach, and catalyst for a data-driven culture • Report to the Senior Director - Organizational Effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field such as CS, Statistics, Economics, or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent professional experience • Advanced SQL proficiency • Advanced Tableau proficiency for presentation-quality, actionable executive visualizations • Hands-on experience using Python or R for statistical modeling of survey data and text analytics for unstructured employee listening data • Deep experience managing organizational data, including turnover, recruiting, and DEI • Experience executing large-scale surveys from methodology design through vendor management • Proven track record of influencing and providing objective feedback to VPs and senior stakeholders • Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently in complex global environments as a consultative data partner • Experience with Snowflake or AWS data integration and governance • Knowledge of AI and machine learning best practices
