📋 Description

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from defining scope and objectives during the discovery/selection phase to managing the execution and deployment during the implementation phase. • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (Business Applications, Data Analytics) and our Portfolio Management teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals. • Execution & Delivery: Keep cross-functional teams aligned and motivated, ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule and within budget. • Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, tracking all expenditures and providing regular financial reporting to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful delivery. • Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle, including both technology discovery/selection projects AND end-to-end technical implementation projects. • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders. • Expertise in project management methodologies, specifically Agile methodology. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder and presentation skills. • Experience with budget management and financial tracking for technical projects. • Direct project management experience with AI, or data-intensive software projects is highly desirable. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence preferred. • Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-level IT environment.
