📋 Description

• Build operational framework for new reseller partner program, including Salesforce requirements, order form support, and partner payment processing • Drive processing of partner finance related monthly activities (virtual card expense reconciliations, Coupa Advantage supplier invoice management, other expense/invoice reporting) • Develop business partnerships with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, and Partner Alliances • Ensure transition of partner-related finance, reporting, and tracking requirements from current owners • Review open POs for adequate funding and alignment with owners as they approach expiration • Support review and inclusion of net new partner agreements into standardized processes and reporting scripts • Review current partner billing and rebate agreements and document aligned processes for reporting and payments • Order-from support for supply chain and app marketplace partners • Curate process documentation and work instructions for partner income/expense programs to ensure business continuity • Support internal organizations managing partner processes (Travel, Treasury Management, Coupa Pay, Coupa Link, Coupa Advantage, Revenue) • Perform ad-hoc operations projects as needed • Consolidate existing partner billing and usage activities and support creation of new selling motion via reseller partners • Ensure gainshare reporting scripts reflect current contract terms and any new agreements • Work with internal stakeholders on partner relationships, acquisitions, and net new engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in business operations or financial analysis • Ability to think outside the box, with a keen focus on operational efficiency • Experience with standard software tools (Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, etc); emphasis on Microsoft Excel • Highly productive and proactive with minimal oversight • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to communicate effectively between all levels within the organization • Hands-on: willingness to roll up your sleeves on all projects regardless of scope • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with US-based employees • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel • Methodical and analytical approach to work • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Detail-oriented mindset for finance projects • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation creation • Finance background and eye for automated reporting / SQL would be a big plus
