• Analyze and report on key Professional Services and Customer Success metrics including bookings, billings, backlog, pipeline health, utilization, and margins. • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets to provide clear, actionable insights for Value Services leadership and the wider Chief Customer Officer organization. • Support the services forecasting process, working closely with regional VS leaders to ensure accuracy and predictability. Assist in the annual and quarterly planning cycles, including capacity planning and quota setting. • Act as a subject matter expert for Value Services data in Salesforce. Ensure data integrity for all service-related opportunities, manage pipeline stages, and support the team with SFDC best practices. • Go beyond simple reporting to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement. Proactively present findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders in a precise and compelling manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales Ops, Finance, and IT) to refine and streamline the end-to-end operational processes that support the PS team.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. • 4+ years of experience in sales analysis, revenue operations, financial analysis, or a similar role. • Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., complex pivot tables, array formulas, data modeling, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP). • Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), specifically in creating complex reports, dashboards, and managing opportunity/pipeline data. • Proven experience in sales analysis, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
