📋 Description
• Atender auditorías. • Dar seguimiento a mejoras del producto, estén o no previamente definidas. • Coordinar con los equipos de Tecnología la implementación de mejoras. • Atender incidentes en la plataforma o en el canal con clientes, coordinando con los stakeholders correspondientes. • Participar en sesiones con Dirección para revisar avances, incidentes y su estatus.
🎯 Requirements
• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en roles similares en fintechs, neobancos y/o banca. • Conocimientos sólidos en productos de crédito para PyMEs. • Conocimiento de cultura ágil. • Dominio de regulación bancaria. • Actitud proactiva. • Enfoque en resultados. • Pasión por la innovación. • Habilidad para colaborar en equipo. • Capacidad para enfrentar desafíos con creatividad.
