📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnel • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline targets • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Atleast 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach role for an IT/SaaS/tech company • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling) • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus • Must be based in the US/Mexico/Canada
