📋 Description

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop appropriate analytical solutions • Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications • Make recommendations to improve and support business activities • Gather, analyze, document, and communicate complex business requirements and processes • Create complex test case scenarios and monitor or oversee business application testing • Develop business requirements documents and user stories for required modifications • Potentially plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts • Analyze systems and related data to surface actionable insights and support sound decisions • Assist with project task time estimates • Update process and procedural documentation • Develop a basic understanding of the technical development cycle for mobile applications or web portals • Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance • Perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required • Insurtech or health insurance experience is preferred • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS, LOMA, or III is an added advantage • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and Agile prioritization of epics and sprints • Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines • Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is required • Basic knowledge of process documentation, system functionality, data integration, and workflow • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Currently based in Vietnam
