📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures • Collaborate with Product Managers to align client needs and solution design • Work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment • Explore possibilities and creative alternatives to identify effective solutions • Ensure designed solutions are implemented according to client expectations and company standards • Identify, specify, and select off-the-shelf components to meet client needs • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout implementation • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance vertical, with exposure to multiple lines of business • Experience delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment • Ability to define and socialize a product/enterprise roadmap • Ability to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures • Understanding of business architecture models and patterns • Experience designing and implementing innovative solutions to business problems • Understanding of optimum approaches for highly available and highly scalable cloud-based applications • Experience designing solutions in relational database and NoSQL environments • Experience designing API- and microservices-centric environments • Ability to self-learn new technology trends and approaches • Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts, including SSO, SAML integration, and identity federation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to discuss solution strategies and enterprise roadmaps with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CxO and project-level client teams • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and collect business requirements from corporate clients • Ability to build value propositions, solution documents, and, in some cases, business cases for corporate clients • Relationship management experience with corporate clients • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills • Understanding of insurance business processes across all areas and at least two lines of business • Proactive planning and organized approaches to work • High proficiency in English as the primary working language • Experience with multiple development languages and various database engines is advantageous • Experience or understanding of low-code platforms is ideal • Architecture certification such as TOGAF or Zachman is a distinct advantage • Cloud-environment certification is a distinct advantage, with broad knowledge of the platform’s capabilities
