📋 Description

• Serve as the primary learning consultant for designated business units, translating business strategies into targeted learning solutions that drive performance and growth. • Align business learning strategies to Covetrus’ overarching L&D and talent development roadmap, ensuring consistency and enterprise-wide alignment. • Partner with business unit stakeholders to assess skill gaps, performance challenges, and capability needs, advising when learning is, or is not, the right solution. • Own and manage the learning portfolio for assigned business areas, ensuring all programs are relevant, effective, and aligned to strategic needs. • Oversee the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis and design through implementation and sustainment. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners across Covetrus. • Partner with and guide the Learning Experience Design team to ensure solutions are engaging, relevant, and human-centered. • Collaborate with the design team to define and implement success metrics for all learning programs, ensuring data is collected, analyzed, and communicated effectively. • Champion a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field experience (Master’s preferred) • 10+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Development, with at least 5 years in a consulting, strategic, or leadership capacity. • Demonstrated experience leading learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations. • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement methodologies. • Experience managing enterprise learning portfolios and collaborating with senior business stakeholders. • Strong data storytelling and analytical skills; experience creating learning dashboards preferred. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills. • Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.
