📋 Description

• Technical management of our existing commercial properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction measures • Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property • Recording, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair activities in our existing properties • Control of quality, costs and deadlines • Monitoring compliance with requirements and regulations for maintenance and various inspections, including overseeing necessary defect rectifications • Liaison with authorities, experts and contracted service providers, including their coordination and management • Organizing and conducting technical inspections of our properties and ensuring proper documentation • Annual preparation and planning of budgets for CapEx and OpEx measures, including their monitoring • Assuming owner/client responsibilities and duties related to construction projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree, preferably in construction and/or real estate • At least 3 years' professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate • Good understanding of real estate business practices and contexts • Confident user of IT applications (SAP is an advantage) • Excellent command of German, spoken and written; English skills are a plus • Structured, motivated and orderly working style with a strong customer- and service-orientation • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
