📋 Description

• Technical management of our existing commercial properties and participation in the implementation and review of construction measures • First point of contact on site for all technical matters related to the property • Recording, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities in our portfolio properties • Quality, cost and deadline control • Monitoring compliance with requirements and regulations during maintenance and various inspections, including overseeing necessary defect rectification • Liaison with authorities, surveyors/experts and contracted service providers, and managing their activities • Organizing and conducting technical site inspections within our portfolio and ensuring proper documentation • Annual budgeting and planning for CapEx and OpEx measures, including monitoring their execution • Fulfilling client/owner responsibilities and related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or degree, ideally in the construction and/or real estate sector • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate • Good understanding of real estate business processes and interrelationships • Confident use of IT applications (SAP is an advantage) • Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus • Structured, motivated and orderly working style with a strong customer and service orientation • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
