📋 Description

• Technical management of assigned IT service providers • First point of contact for technical questions and escalations • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Contributing to project-specific tasks related to IT service providers • Flexibility to adapt to changes and to further develop processes • Building long-term relationships with service providers • Monitoring the market to identify forward-looking providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field • Professional experience managing service providers, ideally in an IT environment • Proficient in MS Office applications • Fluent German and English (C1) • Experience working on projects is an advantage • Open attitude toward change • Ability to work in a structured and focused manner • Confident communication at all levels • Ability to set priorities and take responsibility
