📋 Description

• Systems and application administration: Responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing various applications and systems in the logistics environment • Second-level support: Analyze and resolve complex requests and incidents in 2nd-level support for our applications • Key user support & training: Assist and train key users to ensure optimal use of our software solutions • Release testing: Execute and document tests of new software releases in test environments • Technical support: Provide consulting and technical guidance during the acquisition and implementation of new customers as well as during the rollout of new software solutions • Requirements management: Capture customer requirements and translate them into digital processes and application solutions • Project coordination: Manage and coordinate development projects with international development teams • Process optimization & project work: Analyze, optimize, and digitize logistics processes and actively contribute to project work

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in Computer Science/IT or Logistics • Solid experience in contract logistics and a strong affinity for IT • Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Software (WMS) • Experience in software and systems administration • Business-fluent German and English; additional French skills are a plus • Strong communication skills and team orientation • High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and a solution-oriented mindset • Interest in continuous learning and personal development
