📋 Description

• Technical supervision of our commercial portfolio properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction measures • Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property • Recording, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities in our properties • Quality, cost and schedule control • Monitoring requirements and regulations for maintenance and various inspections, including managing necessary defect remediation • Coordination with authorities, surveyors/experts and contracted service providers and overseeing their work • Organization and conduct of technical inspections across the portfolio and ensuring proper documentation • Annual budgeting and planning for CapEx and OpEx measures, including ongoing monitoring • Fulfillment of client/project-owner duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree, ideally in construction and/or real estate • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate • Good understanding of real estate business processes and contexts • Confident use of IT applications (SAP is an advantage) • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus • Structured, motivated and tidy working style with a strong customer- and service-orientation • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
