📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for clients on projects related to workforce planning, talent management, job architectures, skills and leadership initiatives • You work in multi-project management, lead project teams on a project basis and act as a sparring partner for clients and colleagues • You drive the integration of HR strategy and technologies (e.g., AI, skills technologies) and work closely with rewards experts

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or background in Business Administration/Economics, Psychology, Organizational Psychology or a related field • At least 3–5+ years of (in-house) consulting or relevant HR project experience with a focus on workforce, skills or talent management • Strong conceptual skills and excellent communication abilities • Experience in project management, strategy and process design • Willingness to travel and very good German and good English skills
