📋 Description

• Edit raw podcast media into polished audio and video assets • Implement audio chimes, intros/outros, graphic overlays, lower thirds, and brand visual guidelines • Draft episode titles, descriptions, and thumbnail copy • Manage episode uploads, show notes, and scheduling across podcast host platforms, YouTube, and Kajabi • Conduct quality assurance reviews before publication • Oversee posting, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Substack • Repurpose podcast episodes into short-form video clips/reels, carousel graphics, event flyers, and promotional copy using Canva • Respond to comments using brand-approved guidelines • Manage Substack publishing cadences and propose paid content strategies • Execute marketing campaigns for an upcoming book launch, workshops, and program rollouts • Build and update Kajabi landing pages • Maintain course materials and format/schedule newsletters via Kajabi • Maintain a media pitch tracker • Organize digital brand assets and credentials securely • Track podcast downloads, email open rates, and social engagement • Deliver weekly/monthly performance snapshots using spreadsheets and workflow checklists

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or virtual assistant role • Hands-on experience in podcast editing, including audio and video • Hands-on experience in social media management • Experience supporting an author, speaker, or coach • Experience with Descript, Adobe Premiere, Audition, or equivalent production software • Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, YouTube, and Kajabi • Advanced Canva skills • Keen eye for brand consistency • Exceptional time management • High ownership of deadlines • Ability to work independently without inflated production hours • Culturally aware, respectful, and inclusive regarding LGBTQ+ communities and race/people of color dynamics in the US
