📋 Description

• Design user experiences and user interfaces for craftable software's quality, reliable, and scalable systems • Create interaction designs and prototype new interfaces • Develop strong illustrations balancing beauty, accessibility, innovation, and usability • Determine design solutions based on customer feedback and business goals • Identify challenges and adapt designs as needed • Design for diverse audiences, including international users and multi-language localizations • Translate complex insights into clear, intuitive user flows • Collaborate with the team in an agile environment to deliver valuable functionality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in UX/UI design • Proven Mobile experience (Native iOS/Android) • Experience in interaction design and prototyping new interfaces • Strong illustration skills with attention to detail, balancing beauty, accessibility, innovation and usability • Proficient with common design and illustration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, Principle, Sketch, or Zeplin • Ability to determine best design solutions based on customer feedback and business goals, identifying challenges and adapting as needed • Experience designing for diverse audiences, including international users and multi-language localizations • A collaborative mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to translate complex insights into clear, intuitive user flows • Fluent in English and Portuguese — written and spoken — as you'll work with both daily
