📋 Description

• Recruit and train new agents to CRC Benefits • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers • Coordinate all sales and retention activity • Educate and train agents on carrier administrative procedures • Host strategy calls with POD to discuss priority issues • Utilize internal systems for activity tracking and metrics • Effectively market to agents/brokers to close sales • Develop strategies with targeted agencies to drive technology adoption • Coordinate with partner carrier resources as needed • Adhere to confidentiality standards of information

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required • Associates degree preferred • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an insurance/employee benefit medical sales role • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products • Active Life & Health License • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange • Proficient in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome
