âą 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including at least 4+ years of experience as a front-line leader âą Experience in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry (CRM, BPM, ERP, EPM, low-code/no-code, E-commerce, BI, CX, XM, HCM, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Automation) âą Proven knowledge of Effective People Management Strategies âą Outstanding organisational, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on the team's success, and an ability to build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with clients âą Experience selling to large enterprise companies across different industries, managing long sales cycles and large deals âą Experience operating in complex, multi-channel, multi-product enterprise sales environments âą Understand key market and industry trends and dynamics âą Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets âą Strong personal network within the region âą Self-motivated, results-driven, energetic, highly enthusiastic, and passionate about sales âą Experience working in a remote-first environment.
