📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring top talent • Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions • Use LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing • Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback • Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance recruitment strategy • Attract exceptional talent for AI, operations, and other non-technical positions across global markets, primarily the USA and LATAM • Work as part of a team comprising one lead and three Talent Acquisition Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions • Strong expertise in hiring AI roles, operations, AI consultants, support, and business analysts • Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels • Full professional proficiency in English • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (startup or agency background) [nice to have] • Exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, especially commercial and customer-facing roles driving revenue [nice to have] • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies [nice to have]
