📋 Description

• Run end-to-end hiring from sourcing to offer • Use AI and modern tooling to accelerate recruiting while applying sound judgment • Proactively source and engage strong candidates through outreach, data, and new technologies • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and set expectations • Keep candidate pipelines moving • Track recruiting analytics, identify risks early, forecast hiring timelines, and improve decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition at a product company, ideally in a startup environment • Proven track record hiring across product, technical, and marketing roles • Prior experience recruiting performance marketing talent is highly valued • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, specifically Ashby • Comfortable working with recruiting analytics, including funnel metrics, time to hire, and pass-through rates • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building processes from scratch • Ideally located in the CET or EET time zone
