• Role Overview The Associate Partnerships Manager (P‑1) builds and activates channel partnerships that generate Sales‑Qualified Leads (SQLs) for CreditBPO’s Vendor‑Risk & SME Rating SaaS. • Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with RevOps and Sales, you will identify strategic associations, supplier networks, ERP integrators, and fintech ecosystems, then convert these relationships into a steady flow of partner‑sourced opportunities. • Key Responsibilities Pillar Tasks & Outputs KPI Anchor 1. Partner Sourcing • Research & prioritise 200 target partners (chambers, vendor‑heads, ERP integrators) by Day 45 • Maintain enrichment fields (ICP fit, contact tier) in HubSpot 200 prospects uploaded, 90 % data completeness 2. Outreach & SQL Generation • Execute 3‑step cadence (email, LinkedIn DM, call) via CRM Sequences • Book partner intro calls (first meeting with CEO); coordinate follow‑up discovery calls through the Appointment Setter • Qualify each partner to SQL definition ≥ 8 partner‑SQLs per week; show‑rate ≥ 60 % 3. Partnership Enablement • Draft partner deck & 2‑page joint value proposition • Facilitate MOU template sign‑off & onboarding playbook Signed standard MOU by Month 6; NPS ≥ 50 from first 3 partners 4. Internal Alignment • Weekly sync with Appointment Setter to hand off partner‑SQLs • Accurately tag revenue attribution & commission splits Zero attribution disputes; CRM hygiene ≥ 95 % 5. Continuous Improvement • Feed talk‑track insights back to Marketing • A/B test subject lines & call‑openers for +10 % reply‑rate lift by Month 4 +10 % cold‑reply lift; documentation in Notion playbook
• 1–2 yrs experience in business development, account management, or high‑activity sales (SaaS or fintech preferred) • Strong research & prospecting skills; comfortable using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot • Excellent written & verbal English; confident presenting to C‑suite stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, or related field) or equivalent work experience • Nice‑to‑have: familiarity with Philippine chambers, supply‑chain associations, or ERP/channel ecosystems
• Base Salary ₱40 000 /month (exclusive of 13th‑month pay) • Productivity Bonus ₱5 000 weekly if ≥ 8 partner‑SQLs booked • Commission 1 % of first‑year revenue from deals you source • Leave & WFH 7 VL + 7 SL + 2 mental‑health + birthday leave; fully remote • HMO Company‑sponsored plan starting Q4 2025
