📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Manager/Director to manage our HR functions and foster a positive company culture in our Lean SaaS tech company. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, retention, and development. • Develop and implement HR policies and programs. • Track and improve employee engagement and satisfaction. • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. • Address employee issues and foster a positive work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of proven experience in HR management or a related role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies. • Experience in a Lean SaaS fast-paced environment is a plus.
