📋 Description
• Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations • Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff • Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues • Act as a key coordinator between clients and internal technical teams • Document customer feedback and feature requests
🎯 Requirements
• Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience • Preferred: Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) • Strong communication skills
