• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients across the US and LATAM. • Understand each client’s business objectives and align program strategies accordingly. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic guidance. • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. • Oversee the execution of ongoing agricultural and beekeeping initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinate closely with operations, technology, and commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation. • Monitor project milestones and performance metrics. • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding progress and outcomes. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio. • Proactively explore new service opportunities within current accounts. • Support the identification and pursuit of potential new partnerships within the region. • Contribute to strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related field. • Proven experience in account management and project management, ideally within agriculture, sustainability, environmental services, or related industries. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage enterprise-level relationships. • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight. • Understanding of regenerative agriculture, sustainability initiatives, or beekeeping practices is a plus. • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
