📋 Description

• We are seeking a Business Development Representative to grow the client base by actively engaging new prospects and generating quoting opportunities. • This strategy is designed for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to target small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with around 100 or more employees, particularly those seeking supply chain resilience or new product development partners. • By building a strong sales pipeline, BDRs will help secure a steady flow of clients for both the Chinese and Thai facilities. • As a BDR, your proactive approach will focus on identifying and engaging SMEs in industries aligned with the client’s manufacturing capabilities. • Leveraging personalized outreach channels, including cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn. • Strengthening credibility through compelling content and case studies. • Collaborating with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to scale outreach efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. • Industry Knowledge: • Background in sales within consumer goods and consumer electronics industries is highly preferred. • Communication Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting personalized outreach messages and engaging with decision-makers. • Tools Proficiency: • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools. • Research Abilities: • Ability to research industries, identify key prospects, and analyze market trends. • Goal-Oriented: • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs. • Time Management: • Strong organizational skills to manage outreach sequences, follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns effectively. • Collaboration: • Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights. • Adaptability: • Flexibility to adjust outreach strategies based on performance metrics and changing business needs.
