• Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for business development? CrewBloom is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our client's team. • As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects. • The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for all activities related to generating new leads and closing new sales opportunities. • The candidate will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on day one by learning our systems and processes and customizing them for their own success. • Our organization places particular emphasis on preserving our culture of collaboration therefore, the ideal candidate is one that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every team member has an equal opportunity to contribute to our success. • Job Responsibilities: Lead generation, CRM database management, Representing the company at tradeshows and conferences, Customer Relationship Management, Managing inbound sales opportunities, Doing cold calling and managing outbound sales, Developing new business opportunities, Attending and contributing to organizational meetings/retreats.
