📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries across various communication channels. • Resolve issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery. • Handle desk tickets, live chat sessions, and email support. • Maintain comprehensive documentation in the CRM system. • Resolve help desk tickets efficiently and escalate higher-tier support tickets as needed. • Provide timely assistance via live chat and email support.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting. • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and priorities. • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • - Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) or similar. • - A functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
