📋 Description

‱ - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency ‱ - Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies ‱ - Resolve issues and complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction ‱ - Process orders, manage accounts, and handle billing or service requests ‱ - Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services to generate sales ‱ - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems ‱ - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer retention ‱ - Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

‱ - Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related role ‱ - Strong verbal and written communication skills ‱ - Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities ‱ - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities ‱ - Familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems is a plus ‱ - Customer-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude ‱ **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** ‱ - **Internet Connection:** ‱ - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. ‱ - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. ‱ - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. ‱ - **Primary Device:** ‱ - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: ‱ - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. ‱ - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. ‱ - **Backup Device:** ‱ - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. ‱ - Must be functional during power interruptions. ‱ - **Peripherals and Workspace:** ‱ - A functioning **webcam**. ‱ - A **noise-canceling USB headset**. ‱ - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. ‱ - A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
