📋 Description

• Develop social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement • Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand voice • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platforms and apply best practices • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives • Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality visual and written content

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools • Experience in content creation and ability to create engaging and original content • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Highly creative with a keen eye for visual design • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights • Experience in managing online communities and engaging with followers • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. • Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
