📋 Description

• Direct multiple cross-functional project teams to deliver low- to medium-risk IT finance projects within time, budget, and scope constraints • Manage an average of 3–5 projects from planning through completion • Assemble project teams, develop work plans, and manage expectations, deliverables, and results • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables • Track milestones and adjust project plans or resources to maintain customer commitments • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and manage project change processes • Develop, analyze, and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts • Manage project financials, costs, budgets, and ROI-related impacts • Identify and resolve issues, dependencies, and project risks • Establish contingency plans and recommend risk mitigation actions • Manage stakeholder alignment and relationships with internal customers, vendors, and senior management • Support Portfolio/Program Managers with project goals, prioritization, and delivery decisions • Track and report project metrics • Gather and communicate lessons learned and feedback • Support vendor requests, training materials, operational/business tasks, and reports or databases as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience • 8+ years of related IT or business experience • 5+ years of experience implementing project life cycle methodologies • Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis • Experience influencing and managing teams without formal reporting relationships • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex interdependencies • Deep understanding of finance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of finance-system integration with enterprise platforms • Ability to build consensus among finance, IT, and business stakeholders • Expert vendor management skills • Exceptional communication skills for executive status, risk, and financial reporting • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and escalate issues appropriately • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred • Preferred: Oracle EBS, SAP, or Workday experience • Preferred: finance technology risk mitigation and regulated-environment change management experience, including SOX and GDPR • Preferred: contingency planning, lessons learned, and process improvement experience • Home office setup with HD webcam, hardwired high-speed internet, and stationary workstation • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours regardless of location
