• Liderar proyectos tecnológicos de principio a fin • Optimizar recursos y coordinar equipos de alto rendimiento • Negociar con clientes en un entorno global • Estructurar flujos de trabajo eficientes • Mitigar riesgos • Garantizar entregas impecables • Optimizar cada hora-hombre • Definir cronogramas y asignar recursos • Equilibrar la capacidad de producción del equipo • Liderar proyectos estratégicos de la compañía
🎯 Requirements
• Profesional en Carreras Administrativas, Ingenierías o áreas afines • Entre 3 y 5 años liderando la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos • Dominio de inglés fluido (B2+ o C1) • Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Manejo experto de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello o similares) • Capacidad para definir cronogramas, asignar recursos y equilibrar la capacidad de producción del equipo
