📋 Description

• Lead and manage different software projects • Maintain project health and accelerate the flow of work from idea to delivery • Prioritize work during sprint planning • Coordinate and manage releases with product, technical, and client teams • Implement and manage release processes across development, test, and production environments • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, testers, technical leads, and clients • Ensure products evolve with the right new features and teams have the resources to succeed • Maintain project profitability • Monitor metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities • Maintain high team and customer satisfaction • Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality • Manage relationships and coordinate work between Devsu teams and clients • Negotiate, plan, and manage product development activities • Participate in planning and change meetings regarding estimates, product scope, and roadblocks • Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders, including requirements, QA plans, schedules, and scope changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field • Hands on experience in the Software Development field (As Software Developer, QA Engineer, etc.) • 4+ years of previous product management or project management experience in software projects. • 2+ years of experience in software development, testing, or operations. • Solid understanding of project management principles • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills • Proactive approach to problem solving • Command of the English language, advanced written and verbal communication skills. • Nice to Have: Demonstrated experience working with clients in different industries • Nice to Have: Experience with conflict resolution
