📋 Description

• Maintain all of your projects profitable. • Monitor metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. • Maintain high levels of team and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate product releases based on business objectives and development needs. • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality. • Manage relationships and coordinate work between devsu teams and the client. • Negotiate, plan, and manage all product development activities. • Participate in planning or change meetings to discuss estimates, product scope, and/or roadblocks. • Communicate to stakeholders project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field • Hands on experience in the Software Development field (As Software Developer, QA Engineer, etc.) • 4+ years of previous product management or project management experience in software projects. • 2+ years of experience in software development, testing, or operations. • Solid understanding of project management principles • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills • Proactive approach to problem solving • Command of the English language, advanced written and verbal communication skills. • Nice to Have • Demonstrated experience working with clients in different industries • Experience with conflict resolution
