📋 Description

• Direct multiple cross-functional IT infrastructure project teams for low- to medium-risk projects within time, budget, and scope constraints • Assemble project teams and develop project work plans • Manage expectations, deliverables, results, scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables • Track project milestones and adjust project plans or resources to maintain customer commitments • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders • Manage project change processes • Manage a large-scale project from planning through completion • Develop and manage project estimates, execution plans, schedules, and resource forecasts • Monitor project performance and resolve issues • Support requests for information and vendor request for proposal processes • Coordinate IT team activities and provide work direction to project teams • Manage and mitigate risks, dependencies, change control, status reporting, and project estimating • Build stakeholder relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management • Track and report key metrics and communicate lessons learned and feedback • Provide support to senior project managers on large projects and programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience • 10+ years of experience working on projects involving project life cycle methodologies • High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures desired • Ability to manage and track server patching and schedules • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct-reporting relationships • Comprehensive knowledge of PMI-based project management competency areas and methodologies • Experience applying project management methods to manage successful projects • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience interacting with all levels of management • 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS
