• Operationalize Cribl's knowledge management strategy • Transform how information is organized and maintained through the Glean-powered ecosystem • Develop and maintain a knowledge management solution leveraging Glean • Drive adoption of knowledge management best practices through analytics and training
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record operationalizing knowledge management initiatives in a tech or SaaS environment • Strong systems thinking ability and experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, Glean, or similar) • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple complex workstreams simultaneously • Comfort working with data and analytics to derive insights • Clear communication skills with ability to create documentation and presentations • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, remote-first environments • Prior experience working in fully remote or distributed teams
